Artist bio:
Sheila Flanders - Sheila has enriched her life through art. Her first formal art training
was at Old Dominion University, where she focused on the use of oils and color to
create abstract art. She has since studied drawing, oils, watercolors and acrylics at The
Torpedo Factory for over 30 years, as well as studied her craft across the globe in
places like Italy, France, Machu Picchu, Berkshires, Shepardstown, Annapolis, Maine,
and Bon Secours. Her art has been featured in several local, international, and solo
